Workload and stress can often have a negative effect in our mental health, too much workload leads to depression and anxiety which can affect an individual performance. Have you ever experienced this before, and how did you cope with it?

I was loaded with subjects to teach, 30 units or 10 subjects. I always took energy vitamins, Lecit E , or Enervon C. Thankfully, I never felt burned . It is best for employees loaded with work to take energy vitamins.

Working too much will certainly stress you out, but some people work too much to avoid stress, anxiety and depression. My mother works too much, she says if she is not occupied, she starts fretting over a lot of things, which will make her depressed and anxious. But when she works, she will forget all her problems.

Being loaded with work also helps an individual forget their current problem left at home. His concentration is focused on his work. When he is relaxed, he remembers his actual problems.

Workload and stress can take a serious toll on mental health, leading to burnout, anxiety, and even depression. I’ve felt how constant pressure drains motivation and clouds thinking. Without proper rest and boundaries, it becomes hard to focus or feel joy. Balancing responsibilities, taking breaks, and asking for help when needed can protect mental well-being.

We are living in times where we are overloaded with a lots of responsibilities. During the current times, many people are suffering from endless stress. This has led many people to suffer from psychological problems. More and more people are taking antidepressants and antipsychotics. This is alarming situation. We need to address this problem.

Heavy workload and stress negatively impact mental health by causing anxiety, fatigue, and burnout. Constant pressure can reduce focus, increase irritability, and disrupt sleep. Over time, unmanaged stress may lead to depression or physical health issues.

When you look at the workload that is set before you sometimes, and it is much, you can't just help but become mentally weak because you don't even know where to start from. That's where anxiety comes into play and you might just end up depressed. That's why I love to work in bits everyday.

I think that companies and organisations should consider this factor when they assign jobs. Workload should be moderate. Unfortunately, many companies are involved in unethical practices and this is what makes it harder for employees to deal with workload. These companies overburden their employees with excessive workload in a deliberate manner. Aren't there labour organisations that deal with this problem?
