Workload and stress can often have a negative effect in our mental health, too much workload leads to depression and anxiety which can affect an individual performance. Have you ever experienced this before, and how did you cope with it?
I was loaded with subjects to teach, 30 units or 10 subjects. I always took energy vitamins, Lecit E , or Enervon C. Thankfully, I never felt burned . It is best for employees loaded with work to take energy vitamins.
