The impact of workload and stress in our mental health

Workload and stress can often have a negative effect in our mental health, too much workload leads to depression and anxiety which can affect an individual performance. Have you ever experienced this before, and how did you cope with it?
 
I was loaded with subjects to teach, 30 units or 10 subjects. I always took energy vitamins, Lecit E , or Enervon C. Thankfully, I never felt burned . It is best for employees loaded with work to take energy vitamins.
 
Working too much will certainly stress you out, but some people work too much to avoid stress, anxiety and depression. My mother works too much, she says if she is not occupied, she starts fretting over a lot of things, which will make her depressed and anxious. But when she works, she will forget all her problems.
