Should Games Come With Mental Health Warnings?

Some games are intense enough to trigger stress or trauma responses. Should studios include mental health advisories, similar to movie content warnings?

To be honest, that is not a bad idea at all. Some games can really mess with your mind, especially if you are not stable. I remember playing one horror game one night, I couldn't sleep till morning. So, gaming is definitely not for everybody. I support the warning to help people know what they’re getting into.

I haven't thought about this but I think it could be a nice idea. Even though, health warnings, physical or mental, on any products do not influence people's purchasing behavior (if that was true, people would never buy cigarettes), having a warning can certainly trigger some people to stay away or use it wisely
