Is there less stigma coming out in today's world?

If you're gay, bi sexual or anything under the LGBTQ+ umbrella, do you think it's easier today to come out of the closet then it was in the past? I feel more people are accepting of it today and most don't care what you do.

I still think there is stigma becusae there are people who are still against it, and I imagine those people have family who are gay. Probably secretly.

I think it will become less of a stigma and people will be more accepting of it in the future. What do you think?

In my country, there is still great apathy against people with unconventional sexual orientations. People are still hostile against people that publicly identify as gays and lesbians. In my city for instance, one would be lynched for publicly coming out as gay and stepping out into public places without a security.
