If you're someone who happens to be gay, bi-sexual, trans or anything else under the LGBTQ+ banner, how did it go revealing your truth to your parents, rest of your family and friends? How did they react to the news? I'm straight, but I know gay people who have told their family and friends about their sexuality. Some didn't go the way they liked, and some took a while to get through it.
I know not all families and friends are accepting of that, but I think it's good to let them know, because it will tell you if they're accepting or not. If they're not, you at least get an idea of the family/friends who don't like that news. So you can move on from them if you want to. Especially if you can't change their feelings on it.
