Can Exercise Heal What Medication Can’t?

Many people say movement helps more than medicine. Do you think physical activity can truly replace antidepressants or therapy, or does it just complement them?

I don't usually go far. Just by taking a walk, I can step out of unnecessary thoughts. I have had days where it seems impossible but immediately I step out, things become so easy. Your world might feel a little different, but when you actually touch your feet on the ground and move, the problem is half solved. I believe that that is all it takes sometimes.

Exercise is an important part of our lives. We need to do it fairly often to keep our bodies in healthy shape. I wish i exercised more often, but with my weight it stops me. I think using a combination of exercise and a healthy diet will go a long way in giving you an overall healthy lifestyle. But, I think medication is still important when it comes to certain problems. Working out isn't going to fix most things that medication can. But it's part of making your body healthy. It's just one aspect of living healthy, there's lots more to it like eating healthy, hygiene, etc.
