Why Do We Ignore Small Stresses?

It’s easy to dismiss little frustrations until they pile up. What’s your way of dealing with minor daily stress before it becomes overwhelming?

Because people don't want to spend money for small issues. But they are wrong because they themselves let them pile up and make it so big that doctor also takes time to heal them.

I wouldn't say we ignore the small stresses, if anything I think it's just something that adds up. The most stressful you get, the worse it becomes. At least that's how I see it. It is easy to dismiss the small things, but eventually it does add up and could make you even more stressed out.

I manage small stresses through short breaks, mindful breathing, and humor. Writing thoughts down or taking walks helps clear tension before it builds up.

We disregard minor stresses as they are not severe, and if they build up, your body responds to it immediately. Those minor stresses accumulate with time to the extent that you might not be able to bear the burden. I have experienced it myself. I used to ignore those small stresses until I lost it. The little stuff can become a big problem if they are ignored.
