Signs of burnout are constant fatigue, irritability, lack of motivation, trouble sleeping, and feeling emotionally numb. I knew I was burned out when even simple tasks felt draining, and I lost interest in things I normally enjoyed.

Burnout can show up as exhaustion, detachment, or feeling overwhelmed by even small tasks. I once noticed I was snapping at people and struggling to concentrate, clear signs I needed rest, better self-care, and to slow down.

Burnout sucks man, I've been through it, and I know many who have. If you're living paycheck to paycheck, it can be a constant burnout from week to week trying to make it through. It's tiring and anxiety inducing. What people need to do more often, is take mental health days. If you feel burnout is coming, take a day off of work, take a day to yourself. Get out, go for a walk, take up a hobby you enjoy. Just take a day or two when needed. I think the more we take a break from time to time, the better our mental health is at the end of the week.
