How can yes colleagues support one another with mental health issues

When faced with stress most employees often develop mental health issues, while some who already have one mental health issues or the other find it hard to deal with the pressure from work and whatever conditions they are battling with. How can employees or colleagues support one another?
 
Employees and colleagues can support each other through stress and mental health challenges by building a culture of empathy, openness, and respect. I believe it starts with simply asking how someone’s really doing and listening without judgment. Encouraging others to take breaks, sharing mental health resources, and normalizing conversations about stress can make a huge difference. Creating a safe space where people feel seen and heard helps reduce isolation. When we show kindness and patience, we help build a work environment where no one feels alone in their struggles.
