Eating junk food often has an affect on your mental health

If you're eating a lot of junk food, it will have a longing affect on your body and your mental health. I think that the more junk you eat, the more your mind get affected. Do you think eating junk food can cause problems with our mental health? I know it can certainly cause anxiety, depression, and of course weight gain, which in turn causes more depression.

If you eat a lot of junk food, it will come back to haunt you. Not only with your mental health, but you're going to gain weight, and may even encounter other health conditions as a result. Do know know anyone who has struggled with eating healthy because they eat too much junk?
 
Yeah it really messes with me. If I eat too much fast food I feel heavy and my energy level will be so low the next day. That affects my mood too and if I notice it, I quickly try to balance it out with a decent food.
 
One of the main reasons why junk food is associated with mental health issues is because it does not have nutritional value, and it only has calories. Junk food also contain a lot of preservatives that are detrimental for mental and physical health. Junk food with high sugar content has an adverse effect on brain health because sugar is very bad for brain.
