Celebrities endorsing mental health problems

Mental health issues have always been stigmatized. Despite the society becoming more progressive and accepting, it's still a taboo. The awareness is low. And many who acknowledge that they have a mental health issue end up having a feeling of guilt. They don't want to talk about it in open.
In recent times, many celebrities have come out and talked about the mental health issues that they have suffered personally or have seen a loved one suffer. In the past few years, celebrities like Deepika Padukone and Karan Johar from Bollywood have been very vocal about the mental health issues and how they deal with it. This kind of endorsement by known successful personalities can be seen as a positive step in this direction. They do help to increase the awareness.
What's your say? Are celebrities in your part of the planet coming out and talking about their vulnerable side?

That’s a really good point. When celebrities talk openly about their struggles, it chips away at the stigma because people see that even those who “have it all” aren’t immune to mental health challenges.

In my part of the world, a number of athletes and actors have started opening up. I think it makes mental health feel more human and less like a hidden weakness.
