I am not sure how true this is but it is said that human beings are born with just two fears, fear of loud noise and fear of falling. Rest of the fears are acquired through life experiences, social learning and cultural influence. Do you think this is true?

Are you afraid of anything? What are your fears?

Do you face your fears, how do you face your fears?

I fear failure and disappointing those I care about. Sometimes, I worry about not living up to my potential. These fears push me to grow, but I’ve learned not to let them control me.

I have this fear of making mistakes in life. Mistakes that might destroy me. Also I have the fear of sickness and the trauma that comes alongside. Lastly, I have the fear of death. I live my life acquiring more knowledge so as to cope with my fears.

You are correct with the fear of falling. I also believe that fear of height is something most people have unless they later work on it. I have to be extra care for myself whenever I am on a tall building because if I look down, the urge to jump will instantly creep in 😱

I'm afraid of not being successful in life. I do not want to live a life where i won't be able to fend for myself or loved ones.

I’m not easily afraid, but I do worry about failure and missing opportunities. That pushes me to prepare and learn continuously. Fear keeps me cautious but motivated.

The only thing that scares me in this life is me ending up to be a failure. I have seen the sufferings that people go through as a result of having failed financially. That scares me to my bones. I am scared of raising kids and I can't give them more than an average lifestyle.
