What is mental health and why is it so important

We have been taking about mental health for awhile now, but what is mental health, and why is it so important to us?
What a lot of people don't know is that mental health often refers to our physiological, and social well-being. How we feel, react to things around us, and even our every day emotions is tied to our mental well-being, hence making it extremely important.
 
Mental health refers to your emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how you think, feel, and behave daily. It also influences how you handle stress, relate to others, and make decisions.

Good mental health is important because it helps you cope with life’s challenges, maintain healthy relationships, stay productive, and enjoy life. Neglecting it can lead to issues like anxiety, depression, or difficulty functioning in daily activities. Mental health is just as important as physical health for overall well-being.
 
Mental health is the state of a person's mind and emotions being positive. It is very important because I believe that it is only when the mind is free from every negativity can people be able to do anything physical properly and achieve goals.
