Parenting is rewarding but can take a toll on mental health, especially when juggling work, family, and personal needs. From sleepless nights with newborns to navigating teen defiance, what mental health challenges have you faced as a parent? How do you find time for self-care or manage feelings of overwhelm? What’s one self-care tip that helps you recharge as a parent?

I’m not a parent yet, but I’ve seen my siblings deal with parenting stress. It’s constant juggling kids, work, and daily demands. What helps them is having routines, taking small breaks, and leaning on each other for support. It’s tough but I can see it very rewarding.

I am not yet a parent but I have friends that are parents. The stress of having to take care of a child is not funny at all. I have resolved by myself that I would have a maid that I pay to help me take away some of the stress of parenting from me and my wife.

Parenting stress is real no doubt about that, while am not married yet i have siblings who are married with multiple kids, just three kids feels like you are dealing with a hundred of them. It's not easy.
