Panic Attacks, Quick Relief Techniques

Breathing exercises, grounding techniques, and mindfulness can help during panic attacks. Medications sometimes prevent future episodes. Which strategies have you found most effective when dealing with sudden anxiety or panic attacks?
 
I found what works for me, is to take a back seat and take a break whenever I feel a panic attack coming on. sometimes that is needed. Medications can certainly help others, but it's not for me. I don't have panic attacks often, but they can be a burden to me. Stress is a big cause for me, but it's only when I am really overwhelmed and stressed.
