Men and Mental Health: Breaking the Silence

CDC data shows men die by suicide 3.9x more than women. Yet they seek help far less. How can we shift the cultural stigma around male vulnerability?

Men’s mental health is often overlooked due to societal expectations of toughness and stoicism. Breaking the silence is essential to creating a supportive environment where men can express vulnerability, seek help, and prioritize their well-being without fear of judgment.

My boyfriend usually masks his pains just to feel like man, even when an issue is burning him inside. Dear men, being vulnerable and showing same to a good woman doesn't mean your are weak. She would never regard you as weak

Some men resort to passive aggression. To me, that's as unmanly as crying or whatever. I mean, come on, don't be a coward; be upfront with your problem.
