Hobbies that help with your mental health

Are there any hobbies you do to help take your mind off of your mental health or other issues in your life? I like to play video games, watch movies/tv, listen to music, spend time with family & friends, along with doing some art here and there. I think all of these hobbies take my mind off of a lot of things. Do you find that your hobbies help you?
 
I have a lot of hobbies but when I have issues like stress, anxiety, or depression, I often don’t even feel like doing activities that I usually enjoy.

Honestly, when I’m stressed, anxious, or feeling down, I often don’t feel like doing the activities I usually enjoy. Hobbies can help, but sometimes it’s hard to even start them when your mind is weighed down.
 
Whenever I feel stressed I start reading posts on forums and discuss things on different forums where I am registered. That helps me to believe stress

Also, I like to watch a movie with my kids which is my one of the hobbies.
 
For me, listening to music and writing are very helpful. It helps reset my mind. I also prefer to take a walk in a quiet area, this also clears my mind. Every person has something that can get them out of stress temporarily. It does not need to be big, it only needs to be something that brings peace.
 
I like to watch TV shows and movies. watching TV shows and movies can help me relax and release pent up emotions. I also like to play video games. I get adrenaline rush while playing video games. Sometimes I also go for a walk, walking helps me boost my mental health
