Have You Tried Yoga for Stress Relief?

Yoga reduces stress and improves flexibility. Poses like child’s pose or savasana calm the mind. Practice 15 minutes daily for noticeable benefits. Consistency matters more than intensity. Do you do Yoga for stress management? What’s your favorite yoga pose, and how does it help you unwind?
 
I used to do some yoga when I did workouts, but I didn't really stick with it too long. I'm thinking of trying DDP Yoga one of these days though, because his yoga program I hear is very good and is great for beginners and pros.
