It is generally believed that depression might cause brain fog, but it is actually true? What do you think might cause brain fog in older people. Do you have older family members who experience brain fog? What kind of treatment are you using for managing brain fog?

I think there are many reasons as to why someone has brain fog. Could be caused by their diet, lack of fitness, depression, stress, anxiety, day to day life situations and more. As well, old age can definitely be a factor. The older you get, the more at risk you are for brain fog. Not only that, but you have to consider the many diseases and conditions that can spring up with old age, like dementia, Parkinson's, and more.
