Emotional exhaustion in relationships often goes unnoticed until resentment builds up. How can couples recognize early signs of emotional burnout and rebuild mutual understanding before it’s too late? Do you think love alone can sustain a mentally healthy relationship?
 
When one of the partners in a relationship becomes irritated by little things, and tends to avoid interactions altogether, chances are that emotional exhaustion has set in. I feel the best thing to do at this point is to give the person a little bit of space so that they can fill back the passion they once had for the relationship. When they miss you, the passion starts building back.
