Stigma around mental health can isolate individuals, preventing open discussions. Educate loved ones, share experiences, and seek supportive communities. Breaking stigma starts with vulnerability. How have you addressed mental health stigma in your personal life?

This is true because it has happened to me, but it does not take away the fact that once you can isolate yourself for a few days everything will be resolved and everything will improve, so keep your spirits up, everything is possible.

People can easily say I am depressed, however, if they actually have depression, they cannot talk about this issue even with their loved one. The stigma related to mental health issues is because a lot of people think mental health issues is not a disease, they believe people are faking. And those who think it is a disease, they think all mental health issues are mania, so they don't want to deal with these people.
