No matter what you do online, there is an argument around the corner. From the twitter feeds to the comment section on an instagram reel. Whether it be around politics or something else going on in our world. There is always an argument to be had. How do you guys deal with the pressure of commenting? I know there are people out there who continue to go back o arguing online, even though it's only causing them stress and anxiety. Whenever I got into a dispute online, I always stressed out. I don't like conflict very much. I used to try commenting on stuff, giving my opinions and thoughts, but I've stopped doing it on social media for the most part because of how much people argue. They will always find something to argue with you about.
Anyway. to those who can't stop commenting and responding to the bad actors, how do you deal with the stress of arguing back and forth? Or do you actually enjoy the arguing in comment sections? Maybe you're addicted to it in a way someone can be addicted to drinking or smoking. I think there is an impulse control issue with many people these days, because they keep fighting, even when they're proven wrong.
