Mental health awareness is increasing these days. And the stigmatization of mental health issues is decreasing with awareness, though not as it would be in ideal sense. Now, businesses and corporates are doing their best ( at least they claim to on paper) in this direction. Many good corporates provide counseling services to it's employees and their families either free of cost or at a very affordable prices. And these things are kept very confidential. Each employee gets the contact details and they can reach these services at the needed time. The confidentiality is maintained, you just need to tell certain number associated with your ID. They are professional enough to not even disclose things to the family member who is the employee. My elder daughter had a low phase of mental health during Covid times. The online schooling and some bullying online had disturbed her a lot. I am a counselor but my daughter would only take me as a parent. A few counseling sessions with the service provided by my husband's office did help.
